Movement

To us, healthy movement applies to both the mind, and the body. To practice healthy movement, we use Yoga Asana for strength, flexibility, and mobility, balanced with other branches of Yoga and meditation. Our practice aims for awareness and conscious control of the mind and body for long-term wellbeing.

Nutrition

To us, nutrition goes beyond the food we consume, and into any external nourishment which can impact our health and growth. This includes the food we eat, conversations we have, media we consume, and skin products we apply, among many more topics. Our primary focus centers on plant-based nutrition: reducing the consumption of health-damaging foods while increasing the sustainable and long-term consumption of health-promoting foods.

Community

To us, community is an integral part of a positive human experience. Whether it be the community of a whole culture or that of a few friends, we believe the foundations come from personal relationships and interconnected values. As such, we focus on how to build healthy relationships that form the foundations of a strong community, with the long-term vision of making positive communities where members support the healthy behaviors of each other.
